Koteewi Aerial Adventures is a seasonal operation that operates May-October. Hiring takes place in March to prepare for the new season each year. Open job postings can be found here when we are actively hiring.

Open Positions

Aerial Guide

  • Welcomes clients and guests to the aerial adventure park.
  • Fields questions and troubleshoot issues in person and by phone with potential guests and clients.
  • Assists clients with booking a reservation online or in person and manage registration software.
  • Pre-screens client and guest ability and ensure all participants meet minimum requirements to participate.
  • Manages customer complaints and reports complaints to supervisor as needed.
  • Maintains cleanliness of check in area; this includes but is not limited to restocking bathroom, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, cleaning bathrooms and general seating area.
  • Communicates instructions and information in a developmentally appropriate manner to participants, chaperones, and guests.
  • Assists with outfitting participants in personal protective equipment and ensuring proper fit; this may include but is not limited to a full body harness, helmet, gloves, lanyard(s) and/or fall prevention device(s).
  • Conduct daily inspections of challenge courses, equipment and surrounding areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Instruct, train, manage and coach client groups to ensure physical, mental, and emotional safety and responding to situations as they arise.
  • Ensure that risk management procedures are followed and that programs follow all relevant regulations and other applicable standards.
  • Proactively reports equipment and supply needs to management.
  • Other duties as assigned to run a successful aerial adventure program.

Term: April-November

Compensation: $16-$18 per hour

Assistant Aerial Guide

  • Welcomes clients and guests to the aerial adventure park.
  • Fields questions and troubleshoot issues in person and by phone with potential guests and clients.
  • Assists clients with booking a reservation online or in person and manage registration software.
  • Pre-screens client and guest ability and ensure all participants meet minimum requirements to participate.
  • Manages customer complaints and reports complaints to supervisor as needed.

  • Assists clients with booking a reservation online or in person and manage registration software.
  • Pre-screens client and guest ability and ensure all participants meet minimum requirements to participate.
  • Manages customer complaints and reports complaints to supervisor as needed.
  • Maintains cleanliness of check in area; this includes but is not limited to restocking bathroom, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, cleaning bathrooms and general seating area.
  • Communicates instructions and information in a developmentally appropriate manner to participants, chaperones, and guests.
  • Assists with outfitting participants in personal protective equipment; this may include but is not limited to a full body harness, helmet, gloves, lanyard(s) and/or fall prevention device(s).
  • Assists with resetting and cleaning participant gear.
  • Proactively reports equipment and supply needs to management.
  • Other duties as assigned to run a successful aerial adventure program.

Compensation: $11  per hour
