All climbers must be a minimum of 7 years of age to participate. Our 7-9 year old climbers are able to participate in our yellow and green course with an adult chaperone 18 years or older accompanying them on the course. (See our policy page for more information)
If you or a guardian are unable to accompany your climber on the course we have “Guides for Hire” option who can accompany your climber on the course at $25.00 an hour . This option is subject to availability and needs to be booked prior to the day of your event.
Yes, all participants must be a minimum of 40 lbs and a maximum of 275 lbs.
Yes, all climbers must be able to reach a minimum of 66 inches with both feet flat on the ground and can be no taller than 6’6”.
Participants must wear closed toed shoes, comfortable clothes that provides appropriate coverage for a full body harness, remove all loose or baggy accessories, and if hair is longer than shoulder length it must be in a low and tight hairstyle. Make sure to check the weather and dress appropriately!
Yes, gloves are required. You can either purchase them from us or bring your own (gardening or workout gloves work great)!
We ask that all guests in your party arrive at least 10-15 min prior to your reservation start time to allow time for check in and any last minute bathroom breaks before your get into a harness.
Typically, during a two-hour session climbers will be able to complete 2-3 courses after the initial 30 minutes of Harnessing & Training at the start of your session.
Typically, during a three-hour session climbers will be able to complete 3-5 courses after the initial 30 minutes of Harnessing & Training at the start of your session.
Yes, all climbers, whether this is their first time or they are a seasoned veteran, must start with a yellow course prior to moving to more difficult courses. Our guides are constantly assessing climber abilities and if a guide feels a climber is not ready to explore a specific course, they will be asked to complete a less challenging course prior.
